Sensible is jumping off the roof in case the building blows up. Badass is doing that and then blowing it up after so no one can follow you.

[Don't worry Strange, Rocket isn't blowing up the building. But he is starting to walk away, completely ignoring the rug he tossed or the people he stirred up. He half considers climbing Strange and riding his shoulder like he used to do with Groot, but he's pretty sure unlike Groot, Strange would whine about that, too.
