"It could be metaphorical," Strange quickly adds in, "or we could physically have scales ourselves. I'm not so sure. But I've chosen to interpret this as part of my theory that we've been raised from the dead by the dragons. The scales could symbolize that we're in a pseudo-dragonborn state."

Which Strange is very excited about, even if he's trying his hardest to temper his excitement. More ammunition for his crack theories is always good.

"If we are in a pseudo-dragonborn state, then we could connect with the parent dragons via an empathetic connection the way actual dragonborn connect to their parent dragons. I want to try and make that happen."
