Oh, so she has magic. Great! If she wasn't so jumpy, Shura might feel more confident in her fighting abilities. But not everyone was a soldier, and it might be best to keep her where she could see her, just in case there were bandits.
"Keep behind me," Shura tells her, making a quick motion with her hand. She makes no sound as she moves deeper into the woods, slowly taking in the surrounding area and trying to locate the source of the noises. A third crack, and then a fourth, this time smaller. She can hear something or somethings moving just beyond them--
Oh. It's a deer. A doe and her fawn, both freezing on spotting two potential predators approach. Shura groans, dragging a hand through her bangs. "Better than a thief, I guess."
