Ultimately, Billie wouldn't care if she stared or turned away. That she's wise enough to keep tight-fitting clothes to survive low-impact shifting like this makes it more or less a moot point to worry about, although one would never know with each and every other shiftling. As it stands, the worst thing about this situation is being covered in mud. Not really her preferred way of appearing in public (even if it's only a public of two).
