It might not be pretty, but it's at least shiftling changing and not werewolf changing, so it could be a lot worse. Shura isn't that well-versed in shiftling culture, so she's not entirely sure whether or not she should look away while she shifts, but at least she knows better than to stare. And at least Billie has clothes on when she returns to her human form, hooray.
