"It is getting late." Shura replies, glad that Strange isn't pursuing anything else about Shiro. She'll realize later that maybe she should have lied about what he taught. For now, she'll think it half-charming that he's keeping the bow on Bell. Poor Bell, Shura only meant it as a joke, but she was probably going to be stuck with a pretty ribbon for the rest of her life.

"I want a drink~ C'mon, let's go." There's the assumption that Strange doesn't have anything else to do, but Shura likes drinking and Strange is becoming familiar company. She'll take him over a stranger tonight.
