Bell gives Shura a look that plainly implies she thinks this is a terrible idea. Strange does not think it's a terrible idea and scoops up Bell with one hand. The hare starts wriggling uncomfortably as Strange attempts to slip the necklace over her. He succeeds! But as Bell hops to the ground and frees herself from his hands, it becomes apparent that the human sized necklace looks a little ridiculous on the hare sized animal.

"I think I can loop it around her neck twice without choking her." Strange is obviously trying not to laugh as Bell starts pawing the locket off from around her neck. "Whether she'll tolerate it or not is something completely different."
