Strange just pauses before giving Shishi a look that's pure 'really? really dude.' What an amazingly unhelpful lion.

He does not have nearly enough physical strength to move the lion himself. So, Strange has to settle for pointing in the other direction and giving Shishi what he hopes is an impressive stare.
