Fortunately(?) for Strange, Shura doesn't (usually) hold grudges for petty things. Her vengeance came in the form of twisting his wrist, and that was enough for her. Probably. Either way, there's still no sign of her. Shishi is on his own, and he doesn't look too worried.

Whether or not Strange really expects Shishi to understand, the lion will move in, taking his sweet time sniffing the sand that Strange has overturned, even going so far as to paw in the spot Strange is working on, as if he is trying to dig. He looks to Strange, staring at him with an expression that might be expectant, but he's also a cat and that just might be his usual expression.
