Which is to really say that institutions are going to institution, and the bullshit is part of being old and set in one's ways.

Speaking of paper. Alucard pauses to look at his, trying to determine the most likely point for the dragon's claws. He's figured out the elbow and run up the length of the forearm now, but the exact direction of the palm and claws is to be determined.

"Have you noticed if any of the bones are visibly chipped or broken away, as one might take a keepsake? I've yet to do a proper inspection with that in mind."
