No point in using contacts that likely have greater help to offer further down the line. Alucard reaches for his notes to add this new depth down onto the page, careful in how exact he is being. There's also the thought that using those contacts would announce this level of necromancy to an audience that may well not appreciate it.

Not his university contacts to burn and horrify.
