It's...odd. For all Strange doesn't like this man, Alucard is kind, treated his sick animas with nothing but respect and interest, and didn't dwell on the dying part of things. This conversation could have easily been Alucard berating Strange for dying, a fifteen minute long argument between the two men. But instead, he asks for information, they chat about the information, and he seems sympathetic to the sick animas.

Perhaps he may have misjudged the man a little. Granted, he is still an ass. But maybe he's not as much of an ass as Strange originally thought.

"Thank you," Strange says, with a little nod. "I'll keep you updated on her condition."
