Alucard exchanges the fireplace poker for the set of iron tongs that hang on the little instrument stand. It is nothing at all to drag one of the brightly blazing logs closer towards not Strange, but the rabbit on Strange's lap, and ensure that the angle of it will provide better warmth no matter where they sit, so long as they are in this particular section of the room. The fire crackles and hisses for the effort, but it does no more.

Strange is an unethical idiot. The rabbit, so far as Alucard can tell, doesn't deserve that same judgement.

"There may be thicker bedding with the inn keeper to take advantage of then," he offers, careful as he returns the tongs to where they ought to be.

Also, the sneezes? They're cute. And there's a bit of a thin smile at the noise.
