Shishi is a greedy bastard, but he's also terribly lazy and smarter than he looks. He won't go for the sausage when it's tossed towards him, no matter how tempting the morsel might be. However, he underestimates the tenacity of the birds. He's bigger than they are and he has sharp teeth, they shouldn't be taking that risk! It's a woeful miscalculation, and he doesn't back up before the squabbling birds come crashing down on him.

It's not a fight he can win, so he'll rear back after a moment of shock. Shishi doesn't watch just where he's going, and slams into Shura's legs, hard enough that it knocks Shura off balance. She stumbles, and if she hadn't been trying to back away from the birds herself, that's all it would have been. But Shishi's desperate attempt to flee knocks her on her ass, a very ungraceful looking mess. Shura yelps when her butt hits the cold pavement.

"You clutz!" She could blame Billie for her current position, but Shishi is the better target. And really, she should be more concerned about the fact that the fall jostled her purse, loosening the tie just enough to reveal the edge of the biscuit she was saving.
