Those drinks were probably brought out to be shared amongst the revelers. Shura can't recognize a single bottle by sight alone, so she'll just grab the nearest green bottle that looks full. She'll share it with Strange, so she wasn't breaking any rules, right? It'll be up to Strange to grab a couple glasses for them as Shura will be walking off with the bottle without a second glance.

"I wonder~ There's got to be a nice, quiet spot to drink somewhere around here." Even if it has to be her room at the inn, Shura can find somewhere. The celebratory atmosphere gave them a lot of leeway, and a drunk man and woman just seen dancing might be given extra privacy if they snuck down an alley. Down that way?
